EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our CEO.

This role provides high-level administrative support and will be the right hand to the CEO, ensuring the seamless running of their diary, inbox and office as well as organisation both private and professional. The ideal candidate has a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion, is precise and detail-oriented, proactive, energetic; has a positive attitude and thrives well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the CEO’s diary including scheduling meetings, managing deadlines and organising travel.
• Exclusive Management of CEO’s email inbox.
• Oversee all aspects of CEO’s agenda.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience; past role in a top tier commercial contemporary art gallery is a plus.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Apple iOS. Familiarity with gallery management software (Artlogic) is a plus.
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.

DIGITAL ASSISTANT

We are seeking a full-time Digital Assistant.

This role provides support within the Digital and Design department across all areas of the gallery. The ideal candidate must be digitally fluent with a BA or MA in Digital Arts, Graphic and Digital Design or a related subject. Fluency in Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and a knowledge of CMS (Craft) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image editing, including creating detailed clipping paths, cleaning of backgrounds, compositing multiple images, creating cutouts, creating realistic shadows
• Support on image database and web image formatting
• Support on file renaming and server organisation
• Support on managing marketing assets, including gallery website, social media, email marketing and digital advertising, gallery publications
• Retouching image assets while keeping in line with quality and image guidelines
• Ensure colour accuracy & consistency as directed by the Head of Digital & Design, product matching assets for both RGB and CMYK colour spaces

Requirements:

• Candidate must have an BA or MA in Fine Art: Digital, Digital Arts, Graphic & Digital Design or a related subject.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Mac fluency.
• Knowledge of CMS (Craft) and Artlogic.
