Horsetail TSUKUSHINBOU (2018), a large-scale outdoor sculpture by Takuro Kuwata, has been installed in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, where it will form part of the Marunouchi Street Gallery public art project. The project is organised by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and Chokoku-no-Mori Art Foundation.
