Takuro Kuwata is included in ‘Ceramic Moment: Staging the Object’ at CLAY Museum of Ceramic Art, Denmark, whichpresents 100 works by 23 artists aworking with ceramics from the United States, Canada, Japan, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
In sculptures, jars, objects and tableaux the artists, in their various ways, clarify how contemporary ceramics are positioning themselves in an online, digital world and the exhibition examines the relationship between prevalent visual culture and the material-based ceramic object.
