Timothy Taylor presents ‘Dog Days of Summer’, a group exhibition that centres representations of dogs as a timeless subject in art history. The exhibition includes more than fifty works exploring the many a dog might play in the life of an artist: muse, metaphor, and companion.
This presentation showcases work by Sophie Barber, Gordon Parks and Robert Mapplethorpe alongside Peter Hujar, Alex Katz, Pablo Picasso, Paula Rego, Will Ryman, Peter Saul, Dana Schutz, Kiki Smith, and many others.
