‘Alison Wilding: On Paper’ Book Launch

Alison Jacques will host a launch of Alison Wilding: On Paper, published by Ridinghouse, at the gallery on Wednesday 23 October, from 6-8pm.
Best-known for her ambitious sculptural works, Alison Wilding: On Paper explores how the artist’s compelling drawing and extensive use of collage has been integral to her developments for five decades.
Alongside essays by Anna Lovatt and Penelope Curtis, and an in-conversation with the artist by Rosie Cooper, this full-colour survey of over 300 illustrations offers the opportunity to track subtle correspondences in forms and concepts between historic and recent series of works.
