Gordon Parks is included the historic Paris Noir: Artistic circulations and anti-colonial resistance, 1950 – 2000, a group exhibition at Centre Pompidou, Paris. The exhibition retraces the presence of Black artists in France, from the creation of the Présence Africaine review to that of Revue noire, celebrating 150 artists from the Africa, the Americas and the Caribbean, whose works have often never been displayed in France before. Exhibiting artists include Beaufort Delany, Wilfredo Lam, Gordon Parks and Bob Thompson.
