Ljiljana Blaževska is included in the world’s first exhibition dedicated exclusively to female Surrealists from Eastern Europe.
Commissioned by the European ArtEast Foundation and curated by Anke Kempkes, ‘I saw the other side of the sun with you’ explores the development of Surrealism from the 1930s to its present-day revival, spanning painting, drawing, illustration, sculpture and video works as well as an assortment of archival materials.
